Nealco and Blastcrete launch new branding after legal dispute
Nealco Equipment, LLC and the Neal Manufacturing division of Blastcrete Equipment Co., Inc. are pleased to announce the resolution of a legal dispute and proud to introduce their new logos.
Nealco will continue to utilise one of the following logos when identifying and advertising the equipment it manufactures, markets, and sells.
Blastcrete will now utilise one of the following logos when identifying and advertising the equipment its Neal Manufacturing division manufactures, markets, and sells.
Nealco acquired the intellectual property and inventory related to Ingersoll Rand/Blaw-Knox sealcoating product line, formerly known as Neal Manufacturing in May 25, 2005. Ingersoll Rand discontinued production of sealcoating equipment in 2004, electing to fabricate parts for the earliest of Neal and Blaw -Knox machines.
The company continues to improve the line of sealcoat machines purchased from Ingersoll Rand and are listening to their customers for new ways to improve their products. Nealco values its customers innovative ideas and welcomes them as part of their growing Nealco Equipment family.
Blastcrete purchased the rights to manufacture the sealcoat equipment line from Neal Manufacturing in 2013. Since then, Blastcrete has operated the business as the Neal Manufacturing division of Blastcrete Equipment Co. Inc. It has diversified its product line to include world class equipment for the asphalt sealcoating industry, as well as equipment to manufacture (mix), store, transport, and apply materials for all asphalt pavement maintenance. Blastcrete is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic mixing and pumping equipment for shotcrete, concrete, refractories, flooring underlayment, grout, and epoxy.
