Leverage Your Assets Into Your Project Financing
We can now provide direct access to exclusive arbitrage trading market, used for eight decades by the those in the ‘financial stratosphere’ to finance their large-scale projects. Cash is provided as profits on trades, not loans, and there has never been a single failure. If you have land or other assets it could be possible to leverage them into trades which will cover all the costs of your project. How long it takes depends on the capital requirements for your project and the assets you can leverage into trade. The most successful trades leverage a minimum $150m of assets, usually land, through an asset-backed SBLC issued by an ‘A’ or better rated bank in an acceptable jurisdiction. These are then monetized and entered into trade.
If you have cash available, you can start trades with a minimum $10m, with no upper limit, and your cash stays in your own bank account (must be ‘A’ or better rated bank) for the duration of the trades. Your cash or assets are never at risk.

If you can produce credentials proving you are experienced at operating the built project yourself, that is usually acceptable.
