Traffic Group Signals to launch at Traffex 2019

Traffic Group Signals, a new division of The Traffic Group, will launch at Traffex 2019 on 2-4 April at the NEC Birmingham.

The Traffic Group has a portfolio of market-leading businesses focused on product solutions designed to help create safer, greener and more efficient traffic and transport environments.

The new Traffic Group Signals division brings together the group companies that deliver one of TTG’s core offerings: a comprehensive range of portable and temporary signals suitable for applications ranging from simple two-way deployment through to complex, UTC-integrated temporary junction schemes.

The brands that will sit under the new Traffic Group Signals banner are Hollco, Pike Signals, Arkon (incorporating FleetAssist) and Safelite.

On the decision behind the creation of the new division, Pete Hutchinson, managing director of The Traffic Group, said: “There will undoubtedly be synergies and benefits for our customers, including the pooling of our expertise under one roof and better transparency of available solutions to meet customers’ needs. Business continuity is assured – our products remain the same, and customers can still call their existing contacts on the numbers they have always used. For new customers, a call to our central switchboard on 0800 999 2017 will get them to the Traffic Group Signals service they need.”

Traffic Group Signals can be found at stand E040 at Traffex, where it will be showcasing the following products:

  • Hollco RadioConnect 2 with AutoGreen
  • Hollco Tripod with AutoGreen
  • PikeDoc, which includes a unique removable battery cartridge with a T5 controller and a traffic head
  • Pike UTC controller in a RadioMaster base – the only cableless system which can connect with the permanent traffic signal network
  • Pike Microbox T-2 Ped Head
  • Evo T5
  • Evo T2 Arva
  • Evo PT5
  • Evo PT4 +
  • 308 version radar version 3
