The BM860H not only secured that stamp of approval but also complies with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), ticking the boxes for roadworthiness, emissions, and crash safety.
The truck is still awaiting final word from the California Air Resources Board (CARB), which is known for its stringent emissions standards. Given California’s aggressive push for cleaner transport solutions, CARB certification would be a significant boost to the BM860H’s market potential, especially on the West Coast.
