ITWA 2025 Bringing the World to Shenzhen’s Innovation Hub

Industrial Tech World Asia 2025 (ITWA 2025) is gearing up for a landmark debut under a refreshed brand identity, promising to be one of the most significant industrial events of the year.

From 28 to 30 October, the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Bao’an will host over 3,500 exhibitors and welcome an expected 165,000 attendees from across the globe.

The three-day showcase, organised by RX Greater China and its local partners, will unite the automotive, electronics, display technologies and advanced materials sectors into a single, interconnected platform.

A Strategic Hub for Global Industry

Shenzhen’s position as the beating heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area is no coincidence. With China’s visa-free policy now extended to 158 countries, ITWA 2025 is positioned to serve as a bridge between global enterprises and one of the world’s most dynamic manufacturing regions.

The event will cover 160,000 square metres, hosting more than 80 professional forums under the banner of “new productive forces”. This focus aims to encourage industrial innovation and foster cross-border collaboration at scale.

Eight Exhibitions, One Unified Experience

In a move designed to break down industry silos, ITWA 2025 will integrate eight co-located exhibitions, creating a seamless mega platform for cross-sector exchange:

  • Vision China Shenzhen
  • S-Factory Expo
  • NEPCON ASIA
  • Electronics Sourcing Show
  • Automotive World China
  • C-TOUCH & DISPLAY SHENZHEN
  • COMMERCIAL DISPLAY
  • FILM & TAPE EXPO

By bringing together these specialised events, organisers aim to offer visitors a complete snapshot of the interconnected industrial landscape.

Spotlight on Next-Generation Mobility and Electronics

Electric vehicle (EV) technology will be a major draw, with interactive zones showcasing smart driving systems, connected cabins and low-altitude mobility solutions.

Industry leaders such as Neolix, Auto city, Rino AI, Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronics, Appotronics and Genvict will present their latest innovations in EV and IoT integration.

In the electronics manufacturing sphere, new feature areas will include the Flexible Production & Intelligent Conveyance Zone and the Embodied Intelligent Robot Core Components Zone, attracting major names like Yamaha, Omron, Hanwha Group, FUJIFILM, Kurtz and Keyence.

Vision Technology Takes Centre Stage

In July 2025, RX China partnered with CMVU to incorporate VisionChina 2025 into ITWA’s line-up.

This addition brings an Innovation Zone alongside four core application areas, with global leaders such as Keyence, Luster, Daheng, I-TEK, HuaRay, Basler, Baumer, Nikon and SmartMore unveiling advances in automated guided vehicles (AGVs), collaborative robots and automation systems.

The Future of Display Technologies

Display innovation will be strongly represented, from panel-level packaging (PLP) and OLED to automotive display solutions.

Companies like BOE, TCL, CVTE, iFLYTEK, Truly Opto and China Southern Glass will highlight developments set to redefine the display market.

Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Efficiency

The advanced materials segment will feature four dedicated zones covering adhesives, smart die-cutting and high-performance materials. Global players including 3M, Shuangxing, Youyi Group, Xiangyu Film and Shaanxi Beiren will be in attendance.

The inaugural Factory Direct Purchase Festival promises buyers direct access to cost-efficient sourcing opportunities.

International Collaboration at the Forefront

ITWA 2025 is placing strong emphasis on global networking. “Country Days” will foster connections between buyers from Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East, with delegations from Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India.

A new Hong Kong Pavilion, developed in partnership with APCVIA and HKPC, will act as a bridge between Hong Kong’s automotive sector and APAC industry partners.

Knowledge Exchange Through Forums

Over 80 forums will delve into the latest trends shaping the industrial landscape, from Industry 4.0 to ESG strategies.

Key highlights will include the AWC Intelligent Vehicle Conference and the Global E-Paper Technology Summit.

ITWA 2025 Matters

The 2024 edition set a high bar, attracting 3,500 exhibitors, more than 151,000 professionals and over 3,170 international buyers from 91 countries. This year, with an expanded scope, refreshed brand identity and strategic partnerships, ITWA 2025 is set to deliver an even more influential experience.

For industry leaders, investors, policymakers and innovators, the event represents a rare convergence of technology, market opportunity and cross-sector collaboration.

Getting Involved

Pre-registration is already open, offering free access to all eight exhibitions and priority seating for forum sessions.

With such a wide-ranging scope, attendees can expect a comprehensive view of industrial innovation, from concept to commercialisation.
