Leverage Your Assets
We can now provide direct access to exclusive arbitrage trading market, used for eight decades to finance large-scale projects. Cash is provided as profits on trades, not loans, and there has never been a single failure.
If you have land or other assets it could be possible to leverage them into trades to cover the costs of your project. The most successful trades leverage a minimum $150m of assets, usually land, through asset-backed SBLC issued by an ‘A’ or better rated bank in an acceptable jurisdiction – these are monetized and entered into trade.
You can start trades with a minimum $10m cash, with no upper limit, and your cash stays in your own bank account (must be ‘A’ or better rated bank) for the duration of the trades. Cash or assets are never at risk.

Projects
In project financing, investors lend against the track record and financial stability of whoever is contracted to buy the output from, or operate your built project. Your assets and balance sheet come a distant second to this key criteria. They lend against their operating and management agreement (including power purchase agreements) or a credible feasibility study.
Genuine project financing leaves the project owners free and clear of all financial liability, with A+-rated insurance Wraps backed by Lloyds-of-London and other leading insurance markets, securing the investment.
If you can produce credentials proving you are experienced at operating the built project yourself, that is usually acceptable.
