The Roadprinter automates brick paving

Belgian based Road Paving Systems was founded in 2012 to address the growing interest in brick block paving.

Their RPS6 Roadprinter brings quality, speed and productivity to what has always been a labour intensive process. While still requiring manual loaders to set the stone or concrete bricks in the desired pattern, such as fishbone or standard block at the top of the machine, there is no bending down or back breaking effort required. Operation is simple, seamless and flowing with gravity allowing the block paving patterns to slowly slide down a ramp onto the road to leave a filled and finished pavement surface, no moving or automated accessories are needed.

Laying widths can be set from one to six metres and the whole road laid in one pass leaving a finished surface and edging.
