SACYR Engineering and Infrastructure wins €65m Madrid building projects
Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras has won several building projects in Madrid totalling €65 million, including the construction of three residential developments with 380 homes and the complete remodelling of the Manoteras 12 building in Madrid.
For Onix Capital Partners, SACYR will carry out the complete rehabilitation and extension of the 7 storey building located on Manoteras Avenue 12, to turn it into a sustainable and efficient office building that aspires to the highest Leed and Well Gold certifications.
To do this, SACYR will undertake the remodelling of the existing 5,310 m² and expand the area to reach 21,200 m², all built with the most cutting-edge construction techniques.
SACYR will also will build the Ciudad Futura Residential development in Arganda del Rey, Madrid, which will consist of 103 homes, commercial premises, garages, storage rooms and community pool.
The project will be developed in two blocks, one located to the north in inverted U with low, four floors and attic and another to the south in linear distribution with low, seven floors and attic.
For AEDAS Homes, Sacyr Infraestructuras will carry out the development of Orellana I and Orellana II in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. Each of these residential projects will be formed by a 5 storey building in the form of “U” comprising 74 homes (148 units in total), common areas and the pool.
For Promyva Inmuebles IV, SACYR will build the 6 storey Residential Cubic II in Rivas Vaciamadrid, which includes 129 homes with storage rooms, garages and common areas, with 2 storeys below ground
