Haver & Boecker Niagara offers Tyler Engineered Modular Media for the best combination of open area and wear life in both wet and dry applications.

Haver & Boecker Niagara’s modular screen media offers easy installation for change-outs. Additionally, the highly durable media’s innovative engineering results in longer wear life than alternative screen media.

Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Ty-Deck panels are manufactured open cast using the company’s signature blend of polyurethane, resulting in a 1.5 to 2 times longer wear life than injection-molded polyurethane.

The company’s modular screen media offerings include polyurethane, an engineered composite hybrid, rubber and perforated plate, and all options feature tapered openings to virtually eliminate blinding and pegging.

Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Ty-Dura features a rubber screening surface that stands up to highly abrasive materials and is ideally suited for high-impact areas and where noise is a concern.

“Screen media selection has a significant impact on efficiency, and we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution,” said Steve Fair, Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Tyler engineered media manager. “Tyler Engineered Modular Media provides multiple configurations in a variety of materials, designed to help producers maximize productivity and efficiency with customized screen solutions for their individual operation.”

Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Ty-Deck panels are open cast using the company’s exclusive blend of polyurethane, resulting in a 1.5 to 2 times longer wear life than injection-molded polyurethane products. Ty-Deck can handle top sizes up to 12-inch and features multiple installation systems — including pin and sleeve, snap-in, tongue-and-groove and bolt-down — for a custom screen media solution.

Ty-Wire combines woven wire with an engineered composite to achieve greater open area than polyurethane and while offering a similar wear life. The media can handle top sizes up to 4-inch and features either pin and sleeve or snap-in installation.

Ty-Dura features a natural rubber screening surface that stands up to highly abrasive materials and is ideally suited for high-impact. It is also especially effective for noise reduction. Ty-Dura is compression moulded, offering more density and a longer wear life than punched rubber. The screen media can be customized to include blank areas to handle feed and protect rails. Ty-Dura features tapered openings to reduce pegging and is available in snap-in, pin and sleeve, tongue-and-groove or bolt-down installation options.

Heavy-duty Ty-Plate panels are engineered with wear-resistant steel alloys for highly abrasive applications. They feature tapered openings, in square, round, hexagonal and slotted configurations, to reduce pegging. The screen media can be custom made with in-line or staggered holes, and blank areas can be incorporated to handle feed and protect rails.
