VINCI Energies acquires Eltek Systems to expand automation and process control

Electrical, Automation and ICT engineering services provider, VINCI Energies UK & RoI has strengthened its industrial automation and process control capabilities with the acquisition of Eltek Systems Ltd based in Oundle, Peterborough.

Established in 1983, Eltek Systems Ltd is a System integrator, Control Panel Manufacturer and Electrical installation specialist in the food sector.

They are one of the leading providers of industrial process and automation solutions in the UK employing 38 people, 33 of whom being engineering and production staff. They are based in Oundle, Northamptonshire (near Peterborough).

The acquisition, finalised on the 17th of November, enhances VINCI Energies UK & RoI’s industrial brand, Actemium in the UK. Actemium specialises in improving industrial performance by providing design, process automation engineering and electrical and mechanical installation services across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
