Executive Hire Show Celebrates A Record-Breaking Event for the Hire Industry

The Executive Hire Show 2025 has once again cemented its position as the UK’s premier event for the plant, tool, and equipment hire industry.

Hosted on the 12th and 13th of February at the Coventry Building Society Arena, this year’s edition surpassed all expectations, delivering two days packed with innovation, business deals, and industry networking.

Drawing an unprecedented 2,098 hire professionals, the event officially set a new record, surpassing last year’s already impressive figures. With 145 fully booked exhibitor stands, the show floor buzzed with activity as companies unveiled cutting-edge products, struck major deals, and built valuable industry connections.

Chris Moore, Publishing & Events Director, Executive Hire Show, summed up the event’s impact: “The energy and enthusiasm at this year’s Executive Hire Show have been phenomenal. The hire industry continues to thrive, and it’s fantastic to see so many exhibitors selling directly from their stands, securing orders well into 2026, and driving real business growth. The show has once again proven itself as the must-attend event for the hire sector, bringing together the very best in innovation, networking, and industry expertise. Roll on 2026.”

Business Deals, Product Launches, and Industry Insights

This year’s show wasn’t just about numbers—it was about results. Exhibitors saw significant interest in their latest innovations, while several companies secured major sales directly from their stands.

  • Magni UK took advantage of the high footfall, selling kit straight off their stand.
  • Shindaiwa sealed £250,000 worth of welder generator sales with Total Rental Solutions.
  • Groundhog not only sold all the units they exhibited but also filled their order book for 2025, with enquiries extending into 2026.

Peter Beach, Sales and Marketing Director at Groundhog, highlighted the event’s success: “The Executive Hire Show never disappoints, and 2025 was no exception. With an entire team on the stand, we had nonstop discussions on product innovation, sustainability, and site welfare. A brilliantly organised event from start to finish, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!”
