Deep snow road clearing
Every April Norway’s Trollstigen Road which forms part of the National Tourist Route from Geiranger to Trollstigen is cleared of deep snow by this giant snow blowing snow plow.
The road is prone to really bad winters with severe weather and avalanches forcing its closure during winter every year.
To prepare for the tourist season which starts in May operations start in April, weather permitting.
