KaarbonTech Asset Management expands across the UK

In a year like no other, where job losses and organisational downsizing has been prevalent around the world, KaarbonTech Asset Management has bucked the trend and increased its workforce.

Identifying an opportunity to recruit skilled and committed people who were losing their jobs elsewhere, KaarbonTech took on 12 new members of staff within six months. Covering sales, development, tech support and surveying, the new staff members have allowed the company to enhance their offering of a one-stop-shop for highways asset management.

Services ranging from assistance with funding to inventory creation and programme management save clients money by allowing them to manage their highway assets more efficiently.

KaarbonTech Asset Management currently helps over 50 local authorities define and manage their risk on a day-to-day basis, with software systems and services built from the ground up. New team members will support their vision to further develop solutions to drive productivity and proactive maintenance, protect revenue and enable clear, accurate communication across councils and contractors.

KaarbonTech has also created a new Operations Team that specialises in ground-based surveying, allowing them to provide cost-neutral data-rich surveys

KaarbonTech’s Technical Operations Manager, Graeme Forward, said: “Our priority and focus has always been on best serving our customers to support their citizens and provide the most efficient and effective solutions possible.
