Bitumen Quotation

All Grades, Competitive Prices, Fast Quotes
Your Global Partner for Competitive Bitumen Supply
Through our established network of trusted international partners, we source high-quality bitumen at the most competitive market rates and arrange delivery direct to the port or project location of your choice.
Bitumen pricing is closely tied to the cost of vacuum bottoms – the base refinery feedstock used in bitumen production. These costs can shift rapidly due to crude oil price movements, geopolitical events, and evolving shipping regulations. By monitoring market trends daily, we help you time your purchase for maximum value, ensuring cost savings without compromising on quality.
If you know the grade you require, we can secure it quickly. If you’re uncertain which bitumen grade is best suited to your project, our experienced team can guide you in selecting the right specification for your application. Simply contact us using the form below for expert advice and a fast, no-obligation quote.

Whether you need bulk tanker shipments, bitutainers, or drums, we manage the entire export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with your preferred port or inland destination. Our supply chain expertise means you can focus on your project while we handle the complexities of international bitumen transport.
From major infrastructure developments in Vietnam or Indonesia, to roadworks in Jamaica, Panama, or Brazil, to large-scale paving projects in Texas, Nigeria, or Kenya, we have the network and experience to deliver quality bitumen wherever it’s needed.
Bitumen Delivery & Packaging
We supply bitumen in a full range of packaging and delivery options to maintain quality, ensure safe handling, and meet project specifications worldwide.
- Steel Drums – 6mm thick, durable and secure, available in multiple sizes for easy transport and storage.
- Jumbo Bags (Bitu-Bag / Polybag / Poly Cube) – cost-effective, multi-layer bags; quick to use with no heating required, fully or partially recyclable.
- Bitucontainers – heated tanks in standard shipping container frames, ideal for long-distance transport with temperature control for loading and unloading.
- Bulk Delivery – direct from refinery to port and project site, offering high capacity, fast loading, and reduced handling costs.
Environmental Note: In some markets, steel drum imports are restricted due to waste and emissions. Jumbo bags provide a more sustainable alternative, with recyclable and consumable components.

Grades of Bitumen
Different crude oil sources produce bitumen with unique properties, so accurate grading is vital to ensure the right performance for each application.
Refineries classify bitumen using tests for viscosity, penetration, performance, and consistency. The two main classifications are penetration grades and viscosity grades, with other common types including:
- Cutback Bitumen – blended with solvents for improved workability at lower temperatures
- Oxidised Bitumen – air-blown for greater stiffness, ideal for industrial use
- Bitumen Emulsions – water-based suspension for surface treatments and cold applications
Choosing the correct grade ensures durability, workability, and compliance with your project specifications.
Bitumen Penetration Grades
Penetration grade bitumen is the most common binder for roads, runways, and other paved surfaces. It’s classified using a penetrometer, which measures how easily a standard needle penetrates the sample — softer grades penetrate more easily, while harder grades suit hotter climates and heavy traffic.
Standard grades include 100/120 (softest), 85/100, 80/100, 60/70, 50/70, 40/50, and 30/40 (hardest).
- 60/70 – balanced flexibility and hardness, ideal for most road construction and resurfacing.
- 80/100 – slightly softer, preferred in warmer climates such as India and Central Africa to prevent cracking.
We supply the full range of penetration grades, ensuring consistent quality to match your exact project requirements.

Bitumen Viscosity Grades
The viscosity grading system measures a bitumen’s resistance to flow at set temperatures, helping determine performance in different climates and traffic conditions. The main grades are VG 10, VG 20, VG 30, and VG 40.
- VG 10 – Low viscosity and flexible, ideal for cold regions, spraying, and surface coatings. Limited refinery supply makes it slightly costlier than penetration grade 80/100.
- VG 30 – Stronger than penetration grade 60/70, offering enhanced durability for high-traffic road projects.
- VG 40 – Highest viscosity, best for hot climates and heavy loads, widely used in India and Africa.
We supply all major viscosity grades to match your exact climate, traffic, and project requirements.
Bitumen Emulsions
Bitumen emulsions are a mix of bitumen, water, and emulsifying agents, offering a safer, more eco-friendly alternative to cutback bitumen. They are widely used in road construction, waterproofing, and surface coating, with easier handling, simpler transport, and lower costs.
Classifications include:
- Electrostatic Charge – Anionic (negative) or Cationic (positive, most common for road use).
- Setting Time – Rapid (RS) for quick-traffic roads, Medium (MS) for coarse aggregate mixing, Slow (SS) for fine aggregate or slurry seals.
Common applications include tack coats, chip seals, slurry seals, and micro-surfacing, all of which reduce environmental impact while delivering strong, long-lasting performance.

Additives
We supply bitumen additives to improve asphalt mix performance and meet specific project needs. Options include:
- Polymer modifiers – boost elasticity and flexibility
- Anti-stripping agents – improve adhesion and moisture resistance
- Rejuvenators – restore aged bitumen properties
- Chemical enhancers – increase cohesion and cracking resistance
The right additives can enhance flexibility, reduce rutting, improve durability, and extend pavement life, ensuring roadways withstand demanding climates and heavy traffic.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment method for bitumen supply is Telegraphic Transfer (TT), also known as Wire Transfer. This secure and widely used method ensures fast and reliable international transactions.
Payment terms are negotiable depending on order volume and specific project requirements. As a general guideline:
- 30% advance payment – due upon order confirmation
- 70% balance payment – due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) draft
We work with clients to agree on the most suitable arrangement for their shipment, ensuring a transparent and efficient process from order to delivery.
