JLG Industries, Inc., founded in 1969 by John L. Grove in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, is a global leader in access equipment, specializing in aerial work platforms and telehandlers. The company pioneered the access industry with the introduction of the first aerial work platform in 1970. Today, JLG’s diverse product lineup includes boom lifts, scissor lifts, vertical lifts, and telehandlers under the JLG and SkyTrak brands, serving various sectors such as construction, maintenance, and industrial applications.
Notable innovations include the DaVinci AE1932, the world’s first all-electric scissor lift, and the 670SJ, the first self-leveling boom lift. As a subsidiary of Oshkosh Corporation since 2006, JLG continues to advance safety and productivity in work-at-height solutions.
