Massive Analytic, the London based precognition AI company, is announcing a £1 million investment into its existing operation in India to expand its employee base and build a Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The company will be hiring numerous positions ranging from entry level generalists to experienced staff to fill roles including product owners, business and quality analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, and developers specialising in Scala/Spark, JavaScript (full stack), Python, Rust, and more.

The scaling up of Massive Analytic’s footprint in India will be led by Lead Big Data Analytics Engineer Pankaj Arora, who joined the company in June 2020 to manage the development of front end, back end, and DevOps stacks. This is seen as the first in a number of significant investments in the region by Massive Analytic, which will expand further with additional senior hires in computer vision expected towards the end of 2021.

The Massive Analytic India team will be focusing on a number of impactful projects, primarily in health and safety and healthcare applications, and will be instrumental in assisting the company taking a leading role in global medical diagnostics.

Pankaj Arora, Lead Big Data Analytics Engineer at Massive Analytic, said: “This injection of capital into Massive Analytic in India will allow us to further develop our footprint in New Delhi, not only increasing our pace of hiring, but also focusing on investing more into our existing team. Training and development has always been a priority, and this will allow our team to continue to stay on the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.”

Massive Analytic founder and Group CEO George Frangou, said: “The last year has seen Massive Analytic’s team grow from strength to strength. We’ve appointed a number of senior team members around the globe, and grown our presence in the US, UK, Europe, and now India. It’s an exciting time in our company’s history as we grow our client base across the built environment, aerospace and defence, medtech and more, and I’m continually impressed at the high level of talent we are able to attract.”

Massive Analytic employees enjoy an environment that blends autonomy and collaboration, while building tailored career tracks for individual employees. Team members benefit from continued professional development programs, a competitive salary package and ongoing reward opportunities, with the offer of annual performance and retention bonuses based on company, team and individual performance.
