PlantWorx 2027 will bring the UK construction equipment industry together at the NEC Birmingham from 22–24 June 2027, combining indoor exhibition halls with outdoor working areas and live machinery demonstrations. More than 300 exhibitors and over 12,000 construction professionals are expected to attend the three-day event, with equipment, attachments, tools, digital construction technology, fleet management, surveying, sustainability, safety and support services represented across the show.
The move to the NEC gives PlantWorx a substantial platform for manufacturers and suppliers to demonstrate new products while giving contractors, plant managers and operators the opportunity to compare equipment and technologies in a practical environment.
Live demonstrations remain central to PlantWorx, with dedicated outdoor areas allowing visitors to see machinery, attachments and emerging technologies operating under realistic conditions rather than simply displayed on stands.
The 2027 programme will also include the PlantWorx Live Showcase, Operators Challenge, networking hubs and three dedicated content theatres covering technical developments and the future of construction equipment. With electrification, machine control, telematics, automation and increasingly connected equipment reshaping plant fleets, PlantWorx provides an important opportunity to see how these technologies are moving from product development into everyday construction operations.
