Taking place from 29 July to 1 August 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur, smarteX Malaysia will make its debut as a specialist exhibition focused on smart building technologies, intelligent infrastructure and digital facility management.
Organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) in partnership with C.I.S Network and co-located with the internationally recognised ARCHIDEX exhibition, the event is expected to attract around 40,000 visitors, creating one of Southeast Asia’s largest gatherings for architects, developers, engineers, system integrators and technology providers.
Built around the theme “Smart Technology for Life. Work. Space.”, the exhibition will showcase the latest advances in IoT, building automation, digital twins, BIM, energy management, smart lighting, security systems, environmental monitoring and connected infrastructure.
As ASEAN accelerates investment in sustainable cities and intelligent buildings, smarteX Malaysia aims to provide a platform where technology suppliers, construction professionals and property developers can explore practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, occupant experience and long-term asset performance, while creating new opportunities for collaboration across the rapidly evolving built environment sector.
