The update Urban Development: Culture & Commerce expands the gameplay of Construction Simulator 2 by adding three new, large-scale construction missions. Be it the erection of a magnificent philharmonic hall, an important museum or a whole shopping center the player will not only need an extensive fleet of building machines but also quite some advanced construction skills in order to succeed at completing these demanding building contracts.

Construction Simulator 2 takes the player to the United States of America, as the owner of a small construction company in the fictional state of Westside Plains where you will be able to seize the chance to become the biggest real estate tycoon in the whole region.
