The Construction Contract Management and Dispute Resolution Forum will bring together project owners, contractors, consultants, legal specialists, arbitrators and commercial leaders at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi on 29–30 September 2026.
With major construction programmes accelerating across the Middle East and North Africa, the forum will examine how stronger contract drafting, clearer allocation of responsibilities and more disciplined risk management can protect project value while supporting smoother delivery. Key discussions will cover regulatory change, insurance, sustainable contracting, cultural differences and the management of delays and claims.
The two-day programme will combine expert presentations, panel discussions, regional case studies and practical workshops addressing some of the most persistent commercial challenges facing complex infrastructure and building projects.
Particular attention will be given to cross-border arbitration for major and giga-projects, the enforcement of arbitral awards, regional legal compliance and alternative dispute-resolution methods capable of avoiding lengthy litigation. By connecting commercial, legal and project-delivery professionals, the forum aims to strengthen collaboration and help organisations address contractual risks before they develop into costly disputes.
