“Labour shortages are hitting hard across the industries ASI servesโespecially in heavy construction and agriculture. In Japan, for instance, the average age of a wheel loader operator is 72. Younger generations arenโt interested in spending their days driving in circles. Thatโs where ASI steps inโby automating the wheel loader, we free up that young worker to pursue a higher-paying, more fulfilling skilled role.”
