New partner bolsters Womble Bond Dickinson’s Construction and Engineering Team
Transatlantic law firm Womble Bond Dickinson (WBD) has strengthened its construction and engineering practice in the UK with the appointment of Jessica Tresham who joins as a new partner.
Previously a partner at law firm Blake Morgan, Jessica will be based across WBD’s London and Southampton offices. She specialises in high value and technically challenging construction and engineering related contentious matters. She has particular experience in defending and bringing claims in the Technology and Construction Court in addition to advising clients in relation to arbitrations, adjudications and all forms of alternative dispute resolution and insurance related issues.
Jessica advises a wide range of clients including household name retailers, large contractors and developers, house builders and social housing providers, universities and educational establishments, defence contractors, banks and insolvency practitioners.
