The ITS World Congress 2027 will take place from 25 to 29 October 2027 at the National Exhibition Centre, bringing together more than 15,000 global experts, policymakers and industry leaders for what is widely regarded as the world’s leading event in intelligent transport systems.
Organised by ERTICO – ITS Europe and hosted by Transport for West Midlands, the Congress will combine a major international exhibition, technical sessions, live demonstrations and site visits to showcase how digital technologies are transforming mobility.
Set under the theme “Connect Ideas. Transform Transport.”, the event aims to accelerate collaboration across the global transport ecosystem, highlighting deployable solutions that address safety, decarbonisation and efficiency challenges while positioning Birmingham and the wider West Midlands as a real-world testbed for next-generation mobility systems.
