The 6th PPP MENA Forum 2026 will take place on 10–11 November 2026 at Palazzo Versace Dubai, United Arab Emirates, bringing together government authorities, infrastructure investors, developers, contractors, lenders and industry specialists to explore the expanding role of public-private partnerships across the Middle East and North Africa.
With Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s published PPP programmes carrying a combined indicative value of AED 95 billion, the event provides a timely opportunity to examine the financing, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects across transport, water, energy, healthcare, education and social infrastructure.
Organised by Great Minds Event Management, the two-day forum will feature more than 70 speakers and is expected to attract over 500 delegates, including senior government representatives and international infrastructure specialists. Discussions will cover project bankability, risk allocation, innovative financing models, contractual structures and long-term asset management, supported by regional case studies and practical project insights.
