AUSA Transforms the Compact Dumper with Enhanced Safety, Efficiency and Versatility

AUSA, a renowned manufacturer of compact all-terrain industrial vehicles, has unveiled its latest line of compact dumpers, boasting payload capacities of 1,000 and 1,500 kilograms.

This new range comprises five models, each designed to enhance functionality and safety, building upon the success of their predecessors.

Enhanced Design for Optimal Performance

The new dumpers feature angular lines that blend aesthetics with practicality. A notable addition is the folding compartment in the operator’s area, granting easy access to the engine and maintenance components. This design ensures that elements such as air, fluid, and fuel filters, along with radiators and tanks, are strategically positioned to minimize downtime.

Each model is equipped with a dashboard display providing real-time data, including fuel levels, operational hours, and active mechanisms like the negative brake. This interface empowers operators with essential information, facilitating efficient machine management.

Prioritizing Safety and Operator Comfort

Safety enhancements are a cornerstone of AUSA’s new models. Standard features include a negative brake system that automatically halts the machine when not in use, eliminating the need for manual braking. An electric parking brake, operable via a dashboard button, adds an extra layer of security.

Operator comfort is addressed through high-comfort seats with integrated suspension, reducing fatigue during extended work periods. Additional safety measures encompass presence sensors and seat belts with buckle sensors, ensuring operators remain securely seated during operations.

Diverse Models Catering to Varied Needs

Despite sharing a 15.6-kW Kubota engine, permanent four-wheel drive, and a fuel tank with 60% more capacity than previous models, each dumper offers unique configurations to meet specific requirements:

  • D101AHA Compact: With a 1,000-kg payload and a width of just 100 cm, this model is ideal for indoor demolition, easily navigating through standard doorways.
  • D101AHA and D101AHG: Both models feature a 1,000-kg payload and a width of 108 cm. The AHA version offers front and high-tipping capabilities, suitable for unloading small material loads into jobsite dumpsters. The AHG version includes a swivel tip skip, facilitating material discharge into side ditches.
  • D151AHA and D151AHG: These models support a 1,500-kg payload and mirror the high-tip and swivel skip configurations of their 1,000-kg counterparts. They are well-suited for earthmoving and small demolition tasks in confined spaces.
