Bihar Plans 336 km Buxar–Bhagalpur Expressway Under DBFOT Model
Bihar has approved plans for a 336 km, six-lane greenfield expressway between Buxar in the west of the state and Bhagalpur in the east, setting in motion one of its more ambitious road projects and placing private finance at the centre of its delivery strategy.
The fully access-controlled Buxar–Bhagalpur Greenfield Expressway is proposed as a public-private partnership under a Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer toll concession. A New East-West Corridor
