Landmark Contracts
Among the standout agreements, XCMG’s partnership with Fortescue Group, one of the largest iron ore producers in Western Australia, made headlines. Valued at CNY 3 billion, this historic deal focuses on the delivery of over 100 zero-emission heavy mobile units, including electric wheel loaders, dozers, and graders, by 2030. This collaboration aligns with Fortescue’s ambitious goal to achieve zero emissions across its operations by the same year. The first batch of equipment will be operational by 2026, promising to significantly cut fossil fuel consumption over its lifecycle.
In Southeast Asia, XCMG teamed up with Tsingshan Holding Group to establish the region’s first new energy equipment manufacturing plant in Indonesia. This milestone project not only strengthens XCMG’s footprint in the region but also signals a significant leap forward for Southeast Asia’s sustainable industrial development.
Additionally, XCMG completed a CNY 200 million bulk delivery of wheel and crawler cranes to China.
